Firewall Test


You can use this firewall test to check the connection between your email server and our data centers (range 1 - 4). In addition, the system will check whether your firewall settings allow access through other IP ranges than ours.

The following IP ranges have to be allowed in your firewall settings in order to establish a connection between your mail server and all our data centers. All other IP ranges have to be blocked.

83.246.65.0/24, 94.100.128.0/20, 173.45.18.0/24, 185.140.204.0/22

You can start the firewall test by entering the external IP address or the hostname of your email server into the input field below. The test will be done on port 25 by default.

If you have configured a different port in the control panel, please add the port number to the IP address, e.g. 192.168.0.1:10025.

Please note that a port number always has to be separated by colon.
